Edit: Cleary the problem in this company starts from the top down. Lies upon lies in their reply. If trust pilot would like I'm more than willing to submit the email chain in its entirety for a unbiased review. I can't believe Amanda is actually in customer service...i assumed she was the owner because she doesn't read before replying and became very emotional. The statement that you are Canada's top supplier, how can you claim that...based on what available metrics? That just shows everyone here what a liar you really are. Your vials look like they were made in a garage, your product is suspect, the shipping was slow, and customer service was anything but service. Thinking of buying from these guys? Search their name and Reddit on Google and have a read. Terrible customer service. Extremely rude. Slower than promised shipping even though I only live 45 minutes away from their office. Questionable product and if you ask them about it expect a condescending reply where they don't actually read what you wrote, or bother to get your name right in the reply. This was my second order from them. My first order last year there was an issue with how the cap was installed and where it crimped on there were multiple sharp edges. This was my 3rd tier supplier when others had no availability but they're off my list now.
