Perbelle is poorly ran, avoid buying from this company. Placed an order: never heard from them. Waited 2 weeks, then contacted them: they lost the order (how do you lose an order??). They sent out a replacement, then sent me an email saying they sent two orders by mistake, (instead of the one I paid), and want me to return the 2nd order when received. Upon receiving the 2nd order; I returned it using the prepaid mailing label they sent me. Then, they emailed me saying they cannot process my refund...wow. Emails back and forth are ridiculously handled. Credit card company is now handling their incompetence.
