I've tried extremely hard this evening to cancel my subscription yet there is no end in sight. The instructions are
"Subscription purchased through our website or app
Click on this link: Manage Your Subscription.
Log in using your account details. Important: Emails and passwords are case-sensitive, so check capitalization carefully. Ensure there are no typos or extra spaces.
View your subscription status and cancel it if needed.
You can also find this page by clicking Manage Your Subscription in the footer of the Perfect Body homepage."
Yet I have multiple screenshots once logged in that show that there is not a Manage Your Subscription section NOR a footer stating Manage Your Subscription. The webchat is only AI and hence cannot help. The email doesn't respond.
I have reported this to my bank that I am currently unable to use my bank account or even my card as I do not want any money in my bank account for these greedy money hungry scammers to take. I just want to CANCEL BUT THERE IS LITERALLY NO WAY!!
