I strongly disapprove! If it were possible, I would give it 0 stars! They enroll you in additional services and bill you for them. Whenever you reach out, they respond with apologies but always have an excuse. If you ask to cancel through them, they claim they will, yet you end up being charged again. If you try to cancel while waiting for a response (which requires multiple emails), they refuse to issue a refund because they claim they can't locate your profile. Despite having all the necessary proof and information, they provide no assistance.
