For instance, would a serving of rice be similar to that of sweet potato? Also, when specific spices are mentioned, can I substitute them with others? I ask because different meals have varying spices, which may not align with my chosen meal. Aside from that, everything is really good! I'm also working out and loving it! I'm determined to succeed!
