El is also a judge, demonstrator, speaker, and educator at UK and global conferences and events.

She has been a full-time Practitioner in the field of Permanent Cosmetics since 2014 and has been an educator since 2016. She has trained for the most prestigious academies: Nouveau Contour & KB Pro for 7 years.
El's expertise lies in exploring less-covered and less-known areas of permanent makeup while pioneering advanced techniques within the industry. She has a special focus on male eyebrows treatments, including microblading and permanent makeup solutions, demonstrating leadership by example and pushing boundaries to elevate the standards of the field. Additionally, she is at the forefront of developing innovative approaches, particularly in medical tattooing and restorative treatments like webbed toes and lost finger-nail and toenail medical tattooing.
Her commitment to safety has been recognised with one of the industry's most prestigious awards: Safety in Beauty - Best PMU Practitioner 2023.
El's original background is in the financial industry, where she worked as a stockbroker in London (2006-2014). Because of her professional background, she understands how to deliver well-created courses to people from all backgrounds.
