I've had a perfect fringe before so I was super excited to get a new piece. But when I got it, the face framing layers were kind of choppy and thick, with some far above my chin. It was supposed to be a 20" piece but the majority of the hair (and I mean like 99% of it) was more like 18". I asked for wavy ends and boy did it come wavy. Those curls were tight. Once I was finally able to get it all straight, the hair felt really dry at the ends, not buttery at all. Also, my order was for dark brown hair but it is way more like off black hair. I do love the construction of the piece. Super flat. It was the one saving grace. I would have asked to return it but I couldn't do so because of the layers we added. I would still order from them again, but next time I would not ask for any face framing layers and estime a longer and lighter piece for my needs.
