We have had nothing but issues with a door fitted by this company. It has been letting water in and last time I checked a front door shouldn't do that. The door doesn't sit right in the frame. The previous one didn't have this issue. We eventually had to get the Ombudsman involved. When getting quotes for repairs for the Ombudsman, a lot of companies refused to provide a quote because of the standard of workmanship. The one company that did quote for it refused to guarantee the repair for the same reason already mentioned.We are now being issued with a refund by the Bank so we can get a new door. We can only hope that they continue their case against you.We would recommend any other company is used.
