Had a patio door replaced recently. Plus points:- no annoying sales pitch just here's the price, salesman was in and out in fifteen minutes. Wait time was just 3 weeks. Payment up front was only 10% with balance after installation.Not so good points:- installers left quite a bit of excess silicone on sill, frame and glass which has been a bit of a pain to clear up. Fitters didn't fully sweep up patio after work ( a dustpan full of plastic sawdust and silicone gun ends). Door definitely feels a lot more flimsy than the cr smith unit it replaced. Other than that fine although all correspondence was via text messages so no paper or even email copies of receipts and invoices which feels a bit unprofessional.
