I would say to anyone to think twice about using this company. Fitters were excellent, however, when I had an issue with one of the windows no one wanted to know and I had to keep contacting the company either by phone or e mail to enquire about what they were going to do. Someone did eventually come out claimed by the manager of the company to be an ‘expert’ but still no further forward and still waiting on them getting back to me since 16th December!!! 25th February - updateAfter several more communications with this company my defective window was replaced on 11th February. The fitters of the defective window were very good.
