Arrived early and got stuck in straight away. I live 3 floors up in a tenement flat and had old single glazing that was taken out with a minimum of fuss. I would go out for the day if you can as the windows all come out first - I hadn’t planned for that but when I came back I saw there was still stuff to do and went to the park and got a text when they were about finished. Lovely finish on the windows and ledges and great finish on my kitchen window that previously was below my counter and awkward - handle now low enough for me to reach.
