I made my order on October 12 and did not receive any notification on shipping. When I called to check three days later on October 15, I was told my items were not shipped because of the strike. I did not receive any any information about the strike until I made that call. The customer service agent told me they will ship the item that afternoon but I did not receive any information till the next day. When I called again on October 16, the item still hasn't been shipped and the customer support team told me the items were still there. According to what they told me, they had to double check that address was correct, and they couldn't ship on the 16th.
