41 days of waiting with no replies to calls, emails, or live chat, and the order tracking feature on the website is broken. I placed my order on 8/19, processing started on 8/30, and then they vanished. This feels like a scam. As of 11/3, still no response. I plan to file a complaint with the authorities when they reopen.
