After waiting several weeks for my Oyster Perpetual watch to arrive and the movement of the watch did not even function. The crown was jammed/stuck into the side so there is no way to even set the time, and as soon as the watch arrived the support stopped responding to any inquiries within the live chat, email or customer support phone line. Overall the support was very good up until the watch arrived and they immediately stopped responding to support requests. Very frustrating
