Mia and Natasha took really good care of our order, called us ahead of site visits and kept us up to date with manufacturing and shipping progress. Our installation was scheduled for yesterday, we had 7 shutters to be fitted in 2 rooms, both with bay windows. Trevor and John turned up at the allocated time, they were polite, very clean and tidy, and they were done in under 2 hours, removed all the packaging, left spare parts to match the size and colour of our order and made me inspect all the work before signing it off. Work comes with a 10 year guarantee and we can spread the cost through interest-free financing.I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough: our experience has been very smooth, from order to installation, shutters look great, feel light to operate but solidly built, it’s well worth visiting a showroom to get a feel for them. We chose painted solid wood, it turned out to be an excellent product and visibly superior in look and quality for a comparable price of the competition’s MDF products.
