I recently joined this practice, and they have canceled four appointments, three of which were without explanation! My confidence in their management has completely faded. They are also holding £200 of my funds as a deposit for treatments that were canceled. I’ve requested a refund, but the process involves filling out forms and dealing with unnecessary complications to reclaim my money. I’ve been informed it will take at least 10 days to receive my funds back.
