EDIT (update): Following Andre's reply I contacted him, with a certain degree of scepticism. However, I must say that Andre was excellent both in the communication and resolution. After this, I will still be a costumer as I feel happy with Andre and I enjoy the energy drinks.--Original review--(Un)PerfectTed is an awful company. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte with them which is advertised EVERYWHERE as creamy and smooth. My experience was full of viscous lumps which I found disgusting. I contact the costumer service and it was an even worse experience. My suggestions for resolution where largely ignored until I sent a “letter before claim”. The messages from Tania in customer services have been extremely patronising and frustrating. I asked for fairly reasonable compensation and this of course has been ignored. I cannot even put a complaint because they are too busy ignoring me to reply any of my emails. My favourite jumper is also ruined from the experience. I am not surprised to see so many negative comments. Whilst I was going to still consume their energy drinks, the idea of having to deal with Tania in the future again puts me off completely. So I’ll be looking for alternatives. PerfectTed has probably one of the worst costumer services around.
