The matcha itself is great, but the customer service is extremely disappointing.I signed up for a subscription and asked to cancel it, but it took over a week and several follow-up emails before anyone responded. Even after confirming my subscription was cancelled, I was still charged again a month later. I had to reach out multiple times again just to get a response, and when I finally did, there was no apology or offer of a refund.Unfortunately, despite the good product, the poor customer service means I wouldn’t recommend this company (buy it in Sainsbury’s it’s much cheaper and you get it on nectar)
