Very disappointing first experience with Perfume.com.I signed up for their monthly fragrance subscription, and the very first month the atomizer leaked and the fragrance emptied out before I even had a chance to use it. It appeared to be a defective atomizer.When I contacted customer service, I expected a simple replacement or refund since the product clearly failed. Instead, the representatives were dismissive and unhelpful, and they refused to offer any resolution.As a first-time customer, this left a very bad impression. Losing a customer over an $8 issue seems shortsighted, especially when the problem was a defective product and not user error.Because of this experience, I won’t be using their service again and would recommend alternatives like Scentbird or Scentbox instead.
