I had a highly disappointing experience with this seller. I ordered a specific fragrance and clearly stated that I required a new, sealed item as it was intended as a gift. Unfortunately, I received a previously used perfume in opened packaging. This is utterly unacceptable. Selling used products as new is dishonest and extremely disrespectful to customers. Consequently, my gift was ruined, leaving me in an awkward situation. I cannot recommend this seller. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to deliver what you actually pay for.
