I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this store. I ordered a specific fragrance and made it clear that I needed a new, sealed product for a gift. Unfortunately, I received a used item in opened packaging. This is absolutely unacceptable. Selling used products as new is misleading and shows a lack of respect for customers. As a result, my gift was ruined, leaving me in a very awkward position. I cannot recommend this store; based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to deliver what you pay for.
