I ordered three creams from Perfumes’Club and deliberately chose UPS as the courier, paying extra because I expected a more reliable service.
When I collected the parcel from the parcel room in my building, which is covered by CCTV, the box was half open and one product was missing. I immediately took two photos and sent them to customer service.
They only replied four days later asking for photos from all angles so they could raise this with UPS. By that point, the box had already been thrown away. Had they replied promptly, I would have followed whatever instructions were required.
I also asked where these instructions were stated and was told they were included in the order form. They sent me a screenshot of the instructions and they are in Spanish. Considering it's Perfume's club Great Britain, the instructions should have been in English. I haven’t heard from them since.
This situation has been handled very poorly. The slow response and now the lack of response have effectively removed any responsibility from their side. I can see a clear pattern emerging from similar reviews. Avoid.
