I ordered perfume as a Christmas present for my wife, two days after ordering it I received an e-mail saying it had been dispatched and a tracking number.The courier said they had the item and it was enroute, then said it was delayed 24hrs that was 5 days ago.Perfumeshop customer service have been no help whatsoever, about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Still have not received goods and no chance now of getting them before Christmas!!!!!!
