I've tried to redeem the voucher codes on the Vue website with an "Error booking" message popping at every attempt. I've spent the last hour and a half trying to do this with no avail. If you can't ensure that your coupons work with third party vendors, why even falsely advertise that it will work, accept non-refundable payments for the faulty tickets and then state that you can't refund consumers when you haven't delivered the product promised during purchase. I'd like a refund of the voucher codes.And then when trying to contact customer services, all they have is a form that won't let me submit this text instead of an actual number to call and resolve the issue.
