I urge anyone considering signing up for a subscription with Perlego to be very careful. The cancellation process is not straightforward, and I’ve had repeated issues with it.I’ve now had this happen twice. I believed I had cancelled my subscription, only to be charged again afterwards. I finally managed to cancel my subscription on 09/10/2025 and even closed my account, yet on 13/10/2025, another £12 payment was still taken from my card.It’s incredibly frustrating to have to chase refunds after properly cancelling a service. I hope Perlego improves their cancellation and billing process so others don’t experience the same issue.
