I had an absolutely terrible experience with permatan. They sent me out a dodgy product that contained water instead of the melanotan.( I've used alot of companies so I know the difference). Once confronting them via email, I had no response after multiple attempts of contact. I then tried to reach them through their Instagram platform as they were continuously posting. I thought I'd get a reply. The ignorance continues, so I added a post under a recent photo. They then deleted it and blocked me from their page.This is actually such childish behavior. All I wanted was a refund or a replacement for the product. Not a good business nor professional in anyway. All they want is your money. Be vigilant.
