The best and kindest customer-service ever! :)I had a small 'problem'/request about an exchange of a piece of jewellery. There was absolutely nothing wrong at all with the jewellery, I had been given!, and I was not 'entitled' for any help or service at all - it was solely a matter of convenience/a wish I had for an exchange, that I actually hadn't thought would be possible - I just took the chance and asked carefully... And I'm sooo glad, I did, because I turned out, that I was wrong in my assumptions of what would be possible :) I was met with the most helpful and kind attitude from the people I spoke to at Pernille Corydon. I am currently sitting with my new shimmering beautiful piece of jewellery in my hands, and the biggest smile on my lips:) Being met with a kindness like that to an (actually rather silly) request can only make one very happy:) I can fully recommend Pernille Corydon - they make the most gorgeous designs and apparently only hires the most gorgeous employees as well! :)
