I ordered three pairs of ear rings and needed to return one pair. I paid for the return myself as per the company’s return policy. However the package never arrived at their end and I was never refunded. I got a response saying that it is possible it landed at their parcel shop by accident and they cannot pick up deliveries that land there. I followed the instructions on what address to use. I think online stores should take responsibility for order tracking at least even if they decide that return costs should be covered by the customer.
