Simple ordering process, kept updated on delivery and received it promptly. It would have been helpful to know that delivery would be late in the evening as it was going to a work address, but I managed to arrange a redelivery for the next day to a local shop. The carrier could improve by not placing a sticker over the original delivery address, as staff initially struggled to locate the parcel, but they managed in the end. Thank you.
