Excellent service. The initial consultation with Harriet was so professional. Our house isn't easily comparable with others, but the valuation work was really well researched. She was really honest about the positives and negatives of living where we do and helped us have a realistic view on timescales. The marketing and pricing strategy worked out really well and we got 99% of the price we jointly agreed was our target.
The chain was long and, sadly, broke down, but quickly reformed. Again, Harriet gave us great advice but always gave us the decision making power.
