Made order 12/3/25, tracking showed at shipper for over 2 weeks with no movement. Support said it would be delivered by Xmas. Didn't happen, 1/3/26 tracking shows shipper abandons order. Support says they will "start a ticket". 2/20/26, ticket still "being processed ". No product, no refund to date
