One mattress on our Bed suddenly went flat, i emailed personal comfort to order a replacement , they explained clearly how to troubleshoot and find out if it was the Mattress or Pump, turned out to be the Mattress. To my surprise, they found the original purchase details, although it was purchased in 2018 it is still under prorated warranty!!! They mailed us a new one straight away.Honestly, I have never experienced better service. Thank you so much to everyone involved, Personal Comfort are a fantastic company!!
