This mattress was a blessing. I did the research, and because we were in the middle of a renovation, I decided to save a few bucks and buy the Personal Comfort. I called, because I did have some questions. My sales person was AWESOME. I have had to call a few times for various questions, and each time, a human answers the phone,is polite, and friendly. To me,that was worth its weight and gold anyway. Needless to say, my wife and I have had this bed for roughly 3 months and I've never slept so well. I'm a big dude, and finally, my back does not hurt!
