Is it possible to give a minus star? I placed an order in 10/21/25. After 10 days I contacted the company to ask when I would receive my order or an update. I tried to track the order and all the info I could glean was that a label had been created. As of today, 11/4, I still have no idea of when I might receive my order and I have a birthday party I’m going to tomorrow, with no gift. This has been a very frustrating g experience. Not only is there no customer communication, but I have received several follow up emails from the company trying to get me to buy more. I have a huge problem with that. I think the order should be fulfilled and the product delivered before asking me to buy more…or in my case to write a review. For a product I haven’t received and no one can tell me if or when I’ll receive it. There are many online companies who follow up with orders and communicate with customers but this is not one of them. Buyer beware!
