My experience with PLA has been genuinely enriching. The weekly sessions have been valuable, and I’ve gained a lot from the focused coaching—mindset coaching from Vamsi, career guidance from Venkat, and communication coaching from Brenden. Each of them brings thoughtful, actionable guidance that has positively shaped my progress.What stands out most is the genuine care they show for every member. The coaches take the time to understand each person’s goals and are always approachable when support is needed. The group environment is warm, encouraging, and filled with motivated, like-minded people, which makes it easy to stay consistent and accountable. I look forward to the Sunday sessions each week and feel grateful for the growth that has come from being part of PLA.
