My experience with the Personal Leadership Academy (PLA) has been truly enriching and transformative. I first met our inspiring coaches — Vamsi Polimetla, Venkat Hari, and Brendon Kumarasamy — on September 16th, 2023, during the one-day PLA workshop in Troy, MI.The program provided valuable opportunities for self-reflection, helping me identify my strengths and areas for improvement. Through interactive sessions, insightful coaching, and collaboration with fellow PLA family members, I gained a deeper understanding of what it means to lead with purpose, authenticity, and accountability.PLA has also helped me develop meaningful new habits, such as regular book reading and continuous learning, which have positively influenced both my personal and professional growth.
