Course and exam was as expected Wasn’t expecting to be unable to print my certificate as it is password protected I had to pay an extra £19.99 for a hard copy to send to our local council Also on all information it stated certificate could be downloaded 24 hours after exam this was not true after the exam the email states 3-5days until certificate is emailed
