The planner itself and the customisation is really nice. This is my first purchase with them and it looks great, but I was confused about the language surrounding how many pages you get of something. I wanted a years worth of leaf trackers to use as a mood tracker, it said four pages which would be 16 trackers so it's more than I needed, but at least I would get a year from it. I assumed four pages would be both sides of a page, but apparently that isn't the case and I only got 8 months worth of trackers as it's a single side of a piece of paper. I've been messaging with them asking if I can get or buy a few more pages to add to it so it's useable and they told me no, I have to buy a whole new planner to have the correct amount. So I'm left with useless pages as they won't track the whole year. Very disappointing after spending over £30 to not be able to even buy a few extra pages. Not sure what to do now. I like the planner, but this puts me off wanting to buy another one. They just want me to spend another £30 which is crazy.
