I'm puzzled by the positive reviews; mine arrived with some damage. The pages feel flimsy and are bent, and the covers are also cheap and warped. I've tried placing weight on it for days, but it still looks bad. I doubt it will hold up for more than a few months before falling apart or tearing. It lacks sturdiness and feels low-quality. I've seen better options for at least £30 less. This is my first experience with the service, and I'm not satisfied. I reached out via email but received no replies, and my messages were returned as undeliverable. Since I've already written in it, returning it isn't an option, but given the price, I feel like I've wasted my money and will have to purchase another one. Overall, I'm quite unhappy with this purchase.
