I applied to refinance my loan and was approved and told the money would be in my account the next business day. The next business day, I received a message saying there was a problem with the bank and I needed to to send more information before they could send the money. I filled out the form they sent me and returned it the same day. The next day, they changed my account back to the original amount, deleted the refinance and changed my payments back to their original payment. They still haven’t contacted me to tell me what the problem was and I feel like I was lied to from the beginning. I will pay off this loan and never do business with them again
