I am writing as a very dissatisfied customer regarding my recent order for a custom clear Perspex sheet, which I paid for with express delivery. Over a week later, the order has still not arrived. I called to follow up and was assured it would be delivered within the next two days — that deadline has come and gone, and I’m still waiting.Since then, I’ve tried calling multiple times a day, to both sales and customer service, with no success — every call goes to voicemail, and no one has had the courtesy to call back. I’ve also sent numerous emails, none of which have received any response.Frankly, it’s unacceptable. It feels as though the entire team has vanished — perhaps off on a team-building retreat — while customers are left completely in the dark. My business, including the opening of our restaurant, is now on hold because of this delay, and the lack of communication is nothing short of shocking.At this point, I have lost all confidence in your company. I would never consider using your services again, and I will certainly be advising others to do the same.I expect an immediate update on my order and a full explanation for this appalling level of service.
