What I received had appallingly rough, uneven edge polishing that looked nothing like the quality advertised.After two weeks and multiple messages chasing a response, they finally admitted the quality was unacceptable. But why did it take so long? Why did I have to send so many emails just to be heard? There was no urgency, no apology, and no proactive effort to put things right.It’s a textbook case of expensive, poor quality, and terrible customer service.
