They sent me a scratched product and I emailed to them and they answered to me week after with proposition the refund me £10 so I emailed to them that I request fully refund + shipping and free return label and they blocked me because I received email from google they can’t deliver that message because the company probably blocked me. And now I can’t resolve my problem.
