When I received my order, I was sent the wrong colour compared to what I had ordered.I have never had such bad customer service. It took 3 days to get someone to answer the customer service number to raise the issue. Was told they were aware of my issue through the emails I sent at the same time, they told me I will receive a response via email and all I got back was a generic delivery response and my issue about the wrong colour was completely ignored and not addressed.
