Placed 2 orders previously with no issues. Placed a new order for a project over the BH weekend. It arrived on time but was heavily scratched and scored! Immediately sent photos and asked for it to be collected and refunded as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty items. They chose to ignore my request and send me a new one I no longer had use for as the date I needed it for had gone. They're denying they have to provide me a refund. Under consumer law for faulty goods, they do. Official letter sent and charge back initiated. Still waiting for the damaged piece to be collected as I will not be disposing of it at my own cost.
