This was my first experience with the company. I ordered a quilt for my grandson's birthday, intending to hold onto it until the occasion. When I notified my daughter about it, she declined the gift. I reached out to the company for a return, and they initially seemed willing to help. However, after providing pictures showing the quilt was unused, I received a message saying they wouldn't accept the return. This was very disappointing, especially after their promise to assist. I now have no use for the quilt and feel heartbroken every time I see it.
