I've been travelling to Perú annually for the last 8 years. I had seen Peru Hop blogs and videos on social media doing research on Peru's sights and always thought that as a 50+ year old that it was not for me,
but more for backpacking younger travelers. I was very wrong. Peru Hop is for everyone. We did a short 2 day/1 night trip from Lima that included the Ballesta Islands, Pisco tour, Huacachina desert dune buggy ride and sandboarding. The trip included a night stay at the recently opened Senoma hotel. We were able to add on a flight for the Nazca Lines for the following day. Everything was amazing! Peru Hop takes care of all the logistics for your trip! Everything from bus rides to entry fees to accommodations. Peru Hop even picks you up at your hotel in Lima. Peru Hop attracts travelers from all around the world and even older travelers like us! We were able to make new friends from around the world. But what really makes Peru Hop shine in our opinion is their guides. Our guide, Julio Cesar (or JC) was amazing! He made sure that every client's needs were met since everyone had different in their final tour needs. JC was always ready to listen, advise and reassure us that everything was going to be great. I was saddened that we didn't have him for our entire route, but our tour guide for the next day Liz was great as well even though she was a 3rd party Peru Hop guide. We needed a different tour option at the end of the Nazca flights and to not return to Lima. She was able to get us on a transport that took us to the bus station in Nazca. I recommend Peru Hop 100%! They take on all the hazzle of a complicated trip inside Peru to make travel easier. I can see it especially helpful if you want to travel to Machu Picchu. The Peru Hop website was easy to use. I will definitely be using Peru Hop again!
