He dealt with a difficult situation — safely and humanely dispatching a live mouse that had been caught in a trap — with real care and composure, which was very reassuring.
He then took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire property, identifying potential entry points and explaining things clearly along the way. He also laid preventative pellets to help stop any further mice from getting in.
