We clearly told the phone operator that the wasps were not moving and found in the loft.Instead of just saying they are inactive and we don’t need to come. They turned up late. Charged £90 call out charge. Did nothing. Said the wasp nest is inactive and forced us to pay £90. Absolute scam of a company.An honest company would simply have said the wasp nest is inactive over the phone . The cheek to charge £90 to come and look and leave in minutes.What a waste of £90Turned up late. No business card.
