I researched online to look for a reputable pest control professional and registered company, they were very professional and even offered me a 10% discount, which I was pleased about. My service included a 2 visits, initial inspection and then putting down the baits in the kitchen area near the pipes, but I discovered that on the 2nd visit, the pest baits were left there and I had to report this before this was put right, the technician who came across really well was not pleased that he had to visit my address again after the 2nd visit on the 30/08/25 to remove the baits but this should have been removed on the 2nd visit, and didn't want to put back the kitchen plinth sealing strip back so it clips together, only did this after me asking, but this I had to do again, as it was not fully sealed. After this experience, I not sure whether I would recommend them but they did rectify the issue fairly promptly.
